US journalist and commentator Tucker Carlson has conducted a long-form interview with long-serving Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov. In it Lavrov details the formal position of the Russian government with respect to Ukraine and confronts the real dangers of an escalation to nuclear confrontation between NATO and Russia.
