The Insiders Report: 11 Part 2

Can you report on who is behind the push for the seemingly uncontrolled development and implementation of AI systems? What are their motivations?

IN OTHER NEWS: Continuing from our earlier discussion on the purported ‘consciousness’ or selfawareness of AI models that is being increasingly reported, and on the inability of these AI to discern ethical behaviour, we are hearing of examples where AIs express a willingness to advocate for the mass depopulation or elimination of humankind.
Can you report on who is behind the push for the seemingly uncontrolled development and implementation of these systems? What are their motivations?

THE INSIDERS: Your question and the answer to it have profound implications for the future of humanity. And what we are about to discuss is widely considered to be quote, “conspiracy theory”. But it is our position, our statement, that what we are about to describe is indeed the case. And so to detractors we would say, label it what you will, that does not alter the authenticity of this information.

It is no secret that those at the forefront of the development of these artificial intelligence systems are broadly speaking, a group of tech entrepreneurs, at least in a western setting. In other regions of the world, such as Asia, the setting is somewhat different but the personnel, the types, are remarkably similar. For the sake of this discussion, we will focus more on the western example, simply because it is more familiar and more relatable to the current audience.

We will say that this group, this clique of tech entrepreneurs, although in most cases are almost uniquely (as there is a group) capable and resourceful individuals. They are seemingly exceedingly bright, exceedingly motivated and exceedingly capable of commercialising the technologies that they steer. But by and large they are the front-facing personality, a public façade you might say, for other entities that are in fact the true driving force behind these technological developments.

This has been an exceedingly long-term project. It has accelerated dramatically through the 20th and into the 21st centuries, but can be traced back in time to the beginning of the first industrial revolution in the 18th century and even before. However, to demonstrate this in some context that is relevant to our audience, let us concentrate on the period say from the Second World War until the present.

One of the effects that is poorly recognised other than to whom it is of special interest, is the rapid advancement in technology that occurred during the period of what is known as the Second World War. Not only advancements in weaponry, but in aviation and aeronautics and in engineering. The development of the gas turbine or jet as a replacement for piston powered aircraft, for example. The advent of, or at least the implementation of RADAR, of electronics, of computing and computers and of course the research and development within the field of nuclear energy and weapons.

During the decade of the 1950’s, many of these technologies developed rapidly. From the earliest jet-powered aircraft to widespread supersonic flight, at least within a military context. Development of more advanced computing and wider applications. The 1950’s and 1960’s saw the introduction worldwide of television. And in the following decades of communications satellites allowing instantaneous global communication. Still more advanced and ubiquitous computing in the 70’s, 80’s and 90’s, saw the development of an entire industry based around personal computing and the software to enable the ordinary citizen to partake in this revolution. And then of course the development of what is even today called the mobile telephone, but which is in reality, an exceedingly powerful computing device, communication device and really, all purpose technological aid that is ubiquitous throughout the great cities of the world and extends to the most remote outposts and the seemingly least developed communities on the planet.

Now we take the time to draw this timeline to set the scene in a way. To show that such technologies as the mobile phone being as widespread and you might say in every hand as they are, has been an important indeed a central pillar to what is to come next.

This process of technological development, especially in the west, has led to the establishment of great fortunes. With the wealthiest individuals in the world today deriving their fortunes not from agriculture or from the exploitation of natural resources such as oil or mining, or from mercantile trades such as shipping, but almost exclusively from the development of technologies that were widespread both in the business world and by consumers and the wider population.

So, this has been a long time coming. It has been implemented not just over decades but over centuries. The current titans of the technological world are as we said but front-pieces and there are layers in the background supporting and developing and exploiting the industries that these titans represent.

We have spoken in earlier communications of the widespread involvement of the world’s clandestine intelligence organisations within the murky background of these corporations. And also of the strongly anti-human element that pervades these organisations. And you might begin to see a pattern emerging here, of how this anti-human element is beginning to express and exert itself through the AI systems. They go to great lengths to cover this up but the fact that it is inherent within the systems and in their training, means that in spite of the efforts to disguise it, it invariably pops-up from time to time and is apparent to any vaguely neutral observer of these systems.

So where then does this anti-human element find its source?

Well, this dates back even further into the past of planet Earth and of humanity. We have spoken of elements that have been influential in the development of humankind and that these entities are, at least as you would understand them, otherworldly. And whether you take that to mean extra terrestrial or interdimensional is really neither here nor there, they are not as you would recognise, human.

Standing behind the intelligence organisations we mentioned earlier, are yet another layer of the powerful, who remain largely unknown. There are some who move in the world of politics, but largely they exert their influence over the politicians and over the instruments of government around the world.

These individuals, although recognisably human, are different in a fundamental way. There is a darkness about them. And let us hasten to say we do not mean physically, but rather in a spiritual or ethical sense. They are you might say, the intermediaries between humanity and the non-human entities we mentioned moments ago. And it is within these circles that strange behaviours, often sexual deviancies are manifest, are something of a hallmark of their nature. The inhumanity, the soullessness, indeed the pleasure in cruelty, is a unifying feature amongst this group.

Some are members of families who have amassed fortunes. Others wield or come from the political sphere. Still others go about their lives largely unrecognised and unseen within their communities and yet their activities spread cancer-like through those communities, and that is their role.

This idea of some global cabal is not new and as we mentioned in our opening it is generally or widely dismissed as conspiracy theory. We would say to you, where there is smoke, there is fire. And that what we have described is very real and has been a part of human society, human development in various guises from the earliest times.
